On Thursday 9 May, the College Chamber Orchestra and Quiristers headed to London for a unique performance at 22 Bishopsgate, in the City of London. 22 Bishopsgate is the second tallest building in the City (after the Shard) and boasts the highest viewing platform in London.
The Orchestra and Quiristers were joined by the Choristers of St John the Divine for a performance that included a concerto (Winter) from Vivaldi's The Four Seasons, and choral music by Vivaldi, Howard Goodall and Vaughan Williams.
Following the performance, pupils and staff returned to street level and moved across to the historic St Michael's Church in Cornhill for an extended concert, including a complete performance of The Four Seasons.
