Roland Turnill MA
Roland joined Slaughter and May in 1996, became a Partner in 2004 and has been Head of its Mergers and Acquisitions practice since 2016. He advises a range of FTSE100 and FTSE250 companies as well as a number of major international enterprises. Areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, activism defence and equity capital markets.
A former pupil, Roland holds a BA in Jurisprudence from Brasenose College, Oxford.
